NISSAN GT-R Uncommon

As of 2025 Q4, 2,803 NISSAN GT-Rs remain registered in the UK — an increasingly uncommon sight on today's roads. That's down from a peak of 2,893 in 2021 Q3 — only 97% of the high-water mark, a loss of about 90 cars. Unusually, the numbers are actually rising — up 28 (1.0%) over the past year, as imports and barn-finds rejoin the register faster than cars leave it.

It succeeded the Nissan Skyline GT-R, a high-performance variant of the Nissan Skyline. Although this model was the sixth-generation to bear the GT-R name, it was no longer part of the Skyline line-up.
